Limited Warranty

The Yard Swiveler is designed and manufactured to provide dependable performance and years of service. We stand behind the quality of our product with the following limited warranty.

1. Frame Warranty — 2 Years (24 Months)

The Yard Swiveler frame is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, including premature structural failure, for a period of two (2) years or twenty-four (24) months from the original date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.

If the frame is determined to have a defect covered by this warranty, The Yard Swiveler will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective frame.

2. Wheel and Attaching Parts Warranty — 120 Days

The wheel and all attaching parts supplied with The Yard Swiveler are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one-hundred twenty (120) days from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects that affect the intended function of these components under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or abnormal operating conditions.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear from ordinary use.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
- Damage caused by use outside the product's intended purpose or operating conditions.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's function.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow applicable installation, operating, or maintenance instructions.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact The Yard Swiveler with:

- Proof of original purchase, including the purchase date.
- A description of the defect or failure.
- Photographs or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

The Yard Swiveler reserves the right to inspect the product or request its return before determining whether the claim is covered. Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.

5. Warranty Remedy and Limitations

For a valid warranty claim, The Yard Swiveler will repair or replace the covered defective component, at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Yard Swiveler shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product. This limitation does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

6. Your Legal Rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any consumer rights or implied warranties that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
